Construction Management
We now offer a fee based design and management service for someone who wants to have greater control over their project. We offer everything from bidding your project, budget and cost analysis, scheduling, Labor pool, city and county permits, Jobsite supervision and quality control. We can be involved in your project as much or as little as you require. Fee’s are based on a per hour basis and are billed weekly. This is a great way to save money on a project and still have the peace of mind that a qualified expert is available when you need one.
